보험인정기준 상세내용

허가사항 범위내에서 아래와 같은 기준을 만족하는 경우 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에 투여한 경우에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

가. 투여 대상: 1), 2)를 모두 충족하는 환자로 중증(CDAI 450 이상)의 활동성 크론병 환자는 제외함.

1) 난치성(3개월 정도의 통상적 치료에도 불구하고 치료가 되지 않는) 또는 재발성 크론성 누공환자

2) 누공 유형: 복잡형 치루이며 통상적인 수술로 괄약근 손상이 예상되는 경우를 포함함.

나. 투여 용량: 배양된 약제 1회 사용량(total quantity basis)으로 인정

다. 투여 횟수: 첫 번째 투여(first injection)에 한하여 인정

라. 병용 투여: 누공치료에 동일 목적으로 사용시, infliximab와의 병용은 인정하지 아니함.

* 신설사유: 신규등재된 약제로 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상연구논문 등 참조하여 허가사항 범위 중 중증의 활동성 크론병 환자를 제외한 난치성 또는 재발성 크론성 누공환자의 복잡형 치루에 급여 인정함.
