보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.

2. 허가사항 범위(효능·효과 및 용법·용량)를 초과하여 아래와 같은 경우에도 요양급여를 인정함

- 아 래-

가. 인공호흡기 사용이 필요한 상태이고, 기관지 경련 완화를 위해 충분한 기관지 확장제나 스테로이드 정주 치료에도 호전되지 않는 경우로써 다음과 같은 경우

- 다 음 -

1) 천식 지속 상태

2) 급성 호흡부전의 중환자

3) 흡입화상 환자

나. 암성통증(Cancer pain) 또는 다른 방법으로 호전되지 아니한 만성신경병성 통증(Chronic neuropathic pain)에 주입치료(Infusion therapy)

다. 생후 3개월~18세의 내시경 검사 및 시술시 진정

○ 단, 「진정 내시경 환자관리료(나-799) 급여기준」의 급여인정 범위에 한함.

■ 고시 개정 사유

국내？외 임상진료지침, 교과서, 학회 의견 등을 감안하여 급여 인정하며, 대상연령은 임상진료지침을 참고하여 생후 3개월~18세로 제한함. 단, ‘진정내시경 환자관리료’ 급여기준에 따른 대상자(①검사인 경우 산정특례대상자, ②시술인 경우 전체 질환자)에게 급여인정함.
