보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위(전립선 비대증에 수반하는 배뇨장애) 내에서 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.

2. 허가사항 범위(효능·효과 등)를 초과하여 신경인성방광에도 요양급여를 인정함.

■ 고시 개정 사유

국내·외 교과서, 임상진료지침, 임상논문, 관련학회 의견, 관련 급여기준 등을 참고하여 식약처 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 신경인성방광에 급여기준을 설정함.
