보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 1차 약제 투여로 증상이 호전되지 않는 환자에게 투여하는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 아래와 같은 경우에는 1차 약제로 투여 시에도 요양급여를 인정함.

- 아 래 -

가. 타 항생제에 내성이 있는 환자, 면역기능이 저하된 환자, 중증감염환자, 심부장기감염환자(예: 폐렴, 급성신우신염), 위장관감염증

나. 중증 폐렴 환자의 경우는 β-Lactam과 병용하여 투여 시에도 인정함.

국내·외 허가사항 변경 및 교과서 등 관련 문헌을 참고하여 변경된 허가사항을 반영하여 급여기준을 변경함.
