■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위(십이지장궤양의 단기치료, 위궤양의 단기치료, 미란성식도염의 단기치료, 헬리코박터 파일로리(H.pylori)에 감염된 위·십이지장궤양의 재발 방지를 위한 항생제 병용요법) 내에서 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 의인성 위궤양(Iatrogenic Ulcer)에 경구 섭취 개시 이후 각 약제의 위궤양 치료의 허가 용법·용량으로 투여를 원칙으로 하되, 최대 8주 급여까지 급여 인정함.

■ 고시 개정 사유

교과서, 가이드라인, 임상문헌 등에서 언급된 PPI 제제의 의인성위궤양에 대한 출혈 위험 감소 효과 등을 고려하여 급여를 인정함
