보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여한 경우에도 요양급여를 인정함.

- 아 래 -

가. 투여대상: 가임기 여성 및 임산부 중

1) 항인지질항체증후군

2) 선천성 안티트롬빈 결핍

3) 임신전 2회 이상 정맥혈전색전증을 경험

나. 투여방법

- 단독 또는 아스피린 경구제 100mg와 병용 투여함.

다. 투여기간

- 임신 기간(또는 보조생식술 시행일)로부터 분만 후 6주 까지



3. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

가. 투여대상

- 선천성 안티트롬빈 결핍을 제외한 선천성 혈전성향증으로 인하여, 3회 이상 반복하여 유산 또는 착상실패를 경험

나. 투여방법

- 단독 또는 아스피린 경구제 100mg와 병용 투여함.

다. 투여기간

- 배란일(또는 보조생식술 시행일)로부터 임신확인일까지

■ 고시 개정 사유

교과서, 가이드라인, 임상문헌 등에서 언급된 고위험군 임산부에서 필요성을 고려하여 급여를 인정함.
