보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.

다만, iodixanol 제제의 경우 정맥조영에 투여 시는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 비혈관성조영촬영에 투여 시에도 요양급여를 인정함.



※ 대상약제

ioxitalamic acid, ioxaglic acid, iohexol, iobitridol, iomeprol, iopamidol, iopromide, ioversol, iodixanol

■ 고시 신설 사유

비혈관성조영촬영 투여 시 인정되고 있는 텔레브릭스주사제의 생산중단 관련, 국내·외 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상문헌, 학회의견 등을 참고하여, 전체 요오드 조영제 성분에 대해 허가범위를 초과하여 비혈관성 조영 촬영 투여시 요양급여를 인정함.

또한, 각 요오드 조영제 개별 고시를 삭제하고 일반원칙을 신설하여 일원화
