허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

가. 투여대상
○ 말초 또는 자율 신경병증의 증상이 있는 1단계※ 트랜스티레틴 가족성 아밀로이드성 다발신경병증 환자(TTR-FAP: Transthyretin Familial Amyloid Polyneuropathy)로서 다음 조건을 모두 만족하는 경우
- 다 음 -
1) 조직검사에서 아밀로이드 침착 확인
2) 유전자검사에서 트랜스티레틴 유전자의 변이 확인
※ TTR-FAP stages of disease(ATTReuNET)
Stage 0 - Asymptomatic
Stage 1 - Mild, ambulatory, symptoms at lower limbs limited
Stage 2 - Moderate, further neuropathic deterioration, ambulatory but
requires assistance
Stage 3 - Severe, bedridden/wheelchair-bound with generalized weakness
나. 평가방법
6개월 간격으로 상기 투여기준 및 질병 Stability에 대한 평가(NIS-LL, mBMI, PND score 등)를 통한 투여 소견서 첨부 시 지속투여를 인정함
