허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함
- 아 래 -
가. 전신 마취의 유도 및 유지
1) 3시간 이내의 마취를 요하는 수술
2) 뇌질환, 심장질환, 신장질환, 장기이식 시술환자, 간기능 이상환자, 간질환의 기왕력이 있는 환자, 일측폐환기법(One lung ventilation)에 의한 수술 환자에게 마취유도 및 유지목적으로 사용한 경우
3) 마취유도 목적으로 투여 시
나. 수술 및 진단시 의식하 진정(1%만 해당)
○ 내시경 검사 및 시술시 진정
- 단, 「진정 내시경 환자관리료(나-799) 급여기준」의 급여인정 범위에 한함.
다. 인공호흡중인 중환자의 진정
※ 허가사항 중 사용상의 주의사항 경고 등(중증의 환자를 다루는데 능숙하거나 심혈관계 소생술 및 기도관리(airway management)에 숙련된 의사에 의해서만 투여되어야 함. 등)을 반드시 참고하여 투여하여야 함.
