■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여하는 경우에는 요양급여를 인정함.

○ 만성 신부전 또는 만성 신장질환 환자의 급성 출혈 또는 시술 전 급성 출혈예방을 위해 투여

■ 고시 개정 사유

교과서, 임상진료지침, 임상연구문헌 등에서 ‘만성 신부전 또는 만성 신장질환 환자의 급성 출혈 또는 시술 전 급성 출혈예방을 위해 투여’ 시 임상적 유용성이 확인되어, 급여를 인정함.
