1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.
- 아 래 -
가. 자궁내막증
1) 복강경검사 등으로 확진된 경우
2) 초음파검사 또는 자기공명영상으로 진단된 환자로서 난소, 직장, 방광에 생긴 경우
나. 유전성 혈관부종에 투여한 경우
2. 허가사항의 범위(효능ㆍ효과 등)를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.
- 아 래 -
가. 스테로이드치료 또는 비장절제 후에도 호전되지 않는 특발성 혈소판 감소증(ITP)
나. 표준치료에 반응하지 않는 심각한 불응성 혈소판 감소증이나 용혈성 빈혈을 동반하는 일부 난치성혈액질환〔PNH(발작성 야간 혈색소증), IMF(특발성 골수섬유화증), MDS(골수이형성증후군), AIHA(후천성 자가면역성 용혈성 빈혈) 등〕

■ 고시 개정 사유
「의약품등 분류번호에 관한 규정」에 의한 의약품분류번호 오기(誤記)를 정정하며,
교과서, 가이드라인, 임상연구문헌 등에서 언급한 난소, 직장, 방광에 생긴 자궁내막증 진단에 영상검사(초음파 및 자기공명검사)가 유용한 점 등을 고려하여 급여를 확대 함.
