허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

가. 투여대상
○ 프라닥사캡슐(다비가트란에텍실레이트메실산염) 투여 환자에서 다음과 같이 항응고효과의 긴급 역전이 필요한 경우
- 다 음 -
1) 8시간 이상 지연할 수 없는 응급 수술/긴급 처치 시
2) 생명을 위협하거나 조절되지 않는 출혈※ 발생 시
※ 치명적 출혈,
증상이 있는 두개강 내 출혈,
5g/dL 이상의 헤모글로빈 감소 또는 4 단위 이상의 혈액 또는 농축 적혈구 수혈을 요하는 출혈,
승압제 투약이 필요할 정도의 저혈압을 초래하는 출혈,
수술이 필요한 출혈
나. 투여횟수: 1회(5g)
