■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.



- 아 래 -

가. 국소 steroid에 부작용이 있거나 불충분한 반응 또는 재발한 성인 피부홍반루푸스



나. 성인 및 2세 이상 소아의 백반증에 다음과 같은 기준으로 투여하는 경우

- 다 음 -

1) 투여부위 : 얼굴과 목 부위에 발생한 백반증

2) 투여방법 : 1일 2회 환부에 도포(전신흡수를 촉진시킬 수 있는 밀봉요법은 피함).

■ 고시 개정 사유

백반증이 현행 ‘사33 피부과적 자외선 치료’ 및 ‘백반 또는 백납에 대한 치료의 급여 여부’ 고시에서 얼굴과 목, 손 등 노출부위에 한해 급여 인정되고 있는 점, 가이드라인에서 얼굴과 목 부위에 스테로이드 외용제보다 우선 권고되고 있는 점을 고려하여 얼굴과 목 부위에 요양급여를 인정하고,

식약처 허가사항에서 2세 미만의 소아에게는 약제 사용을 금하고 있는 점을 고려하여 투여 대상을 성인 및 2세 이상의 소아로 한정 함.
