보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



- 아 래 -

가. HIV-1 감염

동 약제를 ‘칵테일요법’으로 사용하는 경우 해당 고시에 의거하여 인정함.



나. 고위험군 HIV-1 비감염자의 HIV-1 노출 전 감염 위험 감소

○ 감염인의 성관계 파트너

■ 고시 신설 사유

국내·외 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상연구문헌, 학회의견 등을 참고하여 허가 추가된 고위험군 HIV-1 비감염자 중 감염인의 성관계 파트너에 한정하여 HIV-1 노출 전 감염 위험 감소를 위해 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.
