보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

가. 뇌전증지속상태(Status epilepticus) 급성기 등에 투여 시 2주간 인정함.

나. 두 개강 내 발작을 유발할 수 있는 조건이 있어서 신속히 유효한 혈중농도로 상승시킬 필요가 있는 경우, 수술 전후 혹은 소화기질환으로 인한 금식기간 동안 또는 위장운동 저하로 경구제 투여가 유효하지 않은 경우에 인정함.

다. 고령환자(65세 이상) 또는 심장의 문제(Heart problem)가 있는 경우 4일 인정하고, 그 이상 동 약제 투여가 필요한 경우에는 투여소견서를 첨부토록 함.
