■ 고시 개정 전체내용
허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.
- 아 래 -
가. 고관절 골절수술, 슬관절 및 고관절 대체수술을 받은 환자(단, 체중 50kg 이상의 환자)에서의 정맥혈전 색전증의 예방
나. 응급 침습적 치료가 적용되지 않는 보존적 치료를 받는 환자의 불안정형 협심증 또는 비-ST분절상승 심근경색의 치료
다. 복부수술을 받은 환자 중 혈전색전증 합병증의 위험이 높다고 판단되는 환자(단, 체중 50kg 이상의 환자)에서의 정맥혈전색전증의 예방
- LMWH, heparin에 금기이거나 부작용 등으로 사용할 수 없는 경우에 한함.

■ 고시 개정 사유
국내？외 허가사항, 교과서, 임상진료지침, 임상연구문헌 등을 참조하여
복부수술을 받은 환자 중 혈전색전증 합병증의 위험이 높다고 판단되는 환자(단, 체중 50kg 이상의 환자)의 정맥혈전색전증 예방에 요양급여를 인정함. 다만 LMWH, heparin에 금기이거나 사용할 수 없는 경우에 한하여 인정함.
