■ 고시 개정 전체내용
허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.
- 아 래 -
○ 다음 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로서 자가 투여를 목적으로 투여 시, 1회 처방당 최대 2개까지 요양급여를 인정함.
단, 재처방은 유효기간 경과 등으로 폐기사유가 확인되거나 이전에 처방 받은 동 약제의 사용이 확인된 경우에 한하여 요양급여를 인정함.

가. 아나필락시스 치료 후 퇴원 처방 시
나. 아나필락시스의 과거 병력이 있는 환자에게 처방 시

■ 고시 개정 사유
○ 허가사항, 교과서 및 가이드라인, 학회의견 등을 참조하여 투여대상을 ‘아나필락시스’로 변경하며, 1회 최대 2개까지 처방이 가능하도록 급여 확대함.
