○ Methicillin 내성 균주에 의한 right-side 심내막염을 포함하는 Staphylococcus aureus 균혈증에 투여 시 vancomycin이나 teicoplanin에 실패한 경우 또는 두 약제의 부작용으로 투여할 수 없는 경우 요양급여를 인정하며, 투여소견서를 첨부하여야 함.
