보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용



허가사항 범위 내에서 수면장애의 국제적 분류(International Classification of Sleep Disorders: ICSD) 또는 진단통계매뉴얼(DSM; Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) 및 국제질병분류(ICD; International Classification of Disease: G47.4)의 진단분류에 적합한 기면증으로 확진된 만 19세 이상의 성인 환자가 아래 중 한 가지 이상에 해당하는 경우 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



- 아 래 -

가. 다중수면잠복기검사(MSLT)에서 평균 수면 잠복기가 8분 이하로 나타나고, 2회 이상의 수면 개시 렘수면(SOREMPs)이 나타남. 단, 전날 밤 실시한 수면다원검사(나629)에서 수면 개시 렘수면(SOREMPs)이 1회가 나타난 경우는 다중수면잠복기검사(MSLT)에서 1회여도 가능함





나. 뇌척수액(CSF) 하이포크레틴(hypocretin-1) 면역반응성 수치가 정상 수치의 1/3 이하 또는 110pg/mL 이하로 측정된 하이포크레틴결핍증

■ 고시 신설 사유

Pitolisant hydrochloride 경구제가 등재 예정임에 따라, 국내ㆍ외 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상문헌, 관련 학회의견, 제외국평가 결과 등을 참조하여 급여기준 신설함.
