보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용



1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 방사선학적으로 중등도 이하(Kellgren-Lawrence grade I, II, III)의 슬관절의 골관절염 환자에게 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



2. ‘마-9 관절강내 주사(Intraarticular Injection)’에 사용되는 슬관절강 내 주입용 치료재료(콘드로타이드 등)와 동일·동시 투여하지 말아야 함.

■ 고시 신설 사유

등재 예정 4:1 w/w mixed hydrogel of sodium hyaluronate gel crosslinked by divinyl sulfone and sodium hyaluronate 주사제(품명: 레시노원주 등)의 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회의견 등을 바탕으로 기존 제제의 급여기준과 동일하게 설정함.
