■ 고시 개정 전체내용



1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 환자에게 전신마취유도 목적으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

가. 심혈관계 질환

나. 반응성 기도질환(천식, 만성기관지염 등)

다. 두개강내압 상승이 있는 경우



2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 응급환자의 기관삽관 술기 시 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

가. 심혈관계 질환

나. 반응성 기도질환(천식, 만성기관지염 등)

다. 두개강내압 상승이 있는 경우

■ 고시 개정 사유

현재 전신마취 유도제로 사용 시에도 투여대상을 제한적으로 인정하고 있는 점 감안하여 응급환자의 기관삽관 시 현행 급여기준의 투여대상과 동일한 범위에서 적용토록 함.
