■ 고시 신설 전체내용



1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여함을 원칙으로 함.

2. 허가사항 범위를 초과하여 아래와 같은 경우에 관상동맥주입 시에도 요양급여를 인정함.

- 아 래 -

가. 경피적관상동맥중재술(PCI) 중 no-reflow가 발생한 경우

나. 이형협심증 환자에서 관상동맥 경련 유발 검사 시 경련 완화

다. 관상동맥조영술 및 중재술 시 혈관 연축 예방

■ 고시 신설 사유

국내？외 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상연구문헌, 관련 학회 의견 등을 참고하여, 경피적관상동맥중재술에서 no-reflow가 발생한 경우, 이형협심증 환자에서 관상동맥 경련 유발 검사 시 경련 완화 및 관상동맥조영술 또는 중재술 시 혈관 연축 예방을 위해 관상동맥주입에 요양급여 인정하여 급여기준을 신설함.
