■ 고시 신설 전체내용



허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

○ 후천성 요부척추관협착증(SLR시험에서 정상이고, 양측성의 간헐파행을 보이는 환자)에 의한 자각증상(하지동통, 하지저림) 및 보행능력의 개선
