보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용



「건강보험 행위 급여·비급여 목록표 및 급여 상대가치점수」제1편 제2부 제3장 제3절 핵의학영상진단 및 골밀도검사료 F-18 에프도파 양전자방출단층촬영(F-18 에프도파-PET) 검사 시 사용되는 동 약제는 허가범위 내에서 종양에 투여하는 경우 요양급여를 인정함.

단, 파킨슨병과 파킨슨병을 제외한 파킨슨증의 감별진단을 위해 투여한 경우에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

■ 고시 개정 사유

○국내·외 허가사항, 관련 문헌(교과서, 임상진료지침, 임상연구문헌 등) 및 학회의견(전문가의견) 등을 참조하여, Fluorodopa (18F)의 허가사항 범위 내 신경계 적응증에 투여한 경우 약값 전액본인부담토록 함.
