■ 고시 개정 전체내용



1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2. 허가사항 범위(효능ㆍ효과)를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.

- 아 래 -

가. 베쳇증후군

나. 가족성 지중해열

1)투여대상: 가족성 지중해열의 임상증상, 혈액학적 검사, MEFV 유전자 검사 등으로 진단된 환자

2) 투여방법: 4～6세: 0.3 ～ 1.8 mg/일6～12세: 0.9 ～ 1.8 mg/일12세 이상: 1.2 ～ 2.4 mg/일

3)평가: 3～6개월 단위로 발작 주기와 중증도로 치료효과를 평가하고, 혈구수, CRP, Serum amyloid A, 간기능, 신기능 등을 모니터링하여 지속투여 여부를 결정함.
