보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



- 아 래 -

가. 대상

1) 전조증상이 없는 편두통

2) 중등(Moderate) 또는 중증(Severe) 편두통

3) 심한 오심이나 구토, 수명(광선공포증), 고성(소음)공포증 등이 수반되는 편두통

나. 용량: 허가사항 범위 내에서 인정하며, 다만 Sumatriptan succinate 단일제는 1일 200mg, Zolmitriptan는 1일 5mg까지 인정함.



※ 대상 약제

[경구제 중 단일제]

Almotriptan, Frovatriptan, Naratriptan, Sumatriptan succinate, Zolmitriptan

[경구제 중 복합제]

Sumatriptan succinate + Naproxen sodium

■ 고시 개정 사유

○Sumatriptan succinate + Naproxen sodium 복합제(품명: 수벡스정)가 등재 예정임에 따라 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회(전문가) 의견 등을 참조하여 대상 약제에 경구제 중 복합제를 추가하여 해당 약제의 성분 조합을 명시하여 급여기준 개정함.
