■ 고시 개정 전체내용



1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2.허가사항 범위(효능·효과)를 초과하여 아래와 같은 경우에도 요양급여를 인정함.

- 아 래 -

가.신장, 소장 이식 후 Mycophenolate mofetil 경구제와 Tacrolimus 경구제의 병용치료로 위장관 부작용이 발생한 경우에 한하여 Tacrolimus 경구제와 병용투여를 인정함.

나.심장, 간장 이식 후 Mycophenolate mofetil 경구제와 Cyclosporine 경구제 또는 Tacrolimus 경구제의 병용치료로 위장관 부작용이 발생한 경우에 한하여 Cyclosporine 경구제 또는 Tacrolimus 경구제와 병용투여를 인정함.

다.루푸스신염: Mycophenolate mofetil 경구제 치료로 위장관 부작용이 발생한 경우에 한하여 투여를 인정함.

■ 고시 개정 사유

○ 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회(전문가) 의견, 허가초과 비급여 사용 승인 내역 등을 참조하여, 루푸스신염에서 Mycophenolate mofetil 경구제 치료로 위장관 부작용이 발생한 경우에 한하여 급여 확대함.
