2. 허가사항 범위(효능ㆍ효과 등)를 초과하여 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.

가. 고용량 스테로이드 치료에 반응하지 않는 급성간질성폐렴(Acute interstitial pneumonitis)
나. 다발성근염 또는 피부근염
3. 허가사항을 초과하여 혈우병A, B 항체 환자의 면역관용요법에 투여하고자 건강보험심사평가원의 사전승인을 받은 경우에도 요양급여를 인정함. 이 경우 사전승인을 위한 위원회 구성, 사전승인의 기준, 절차 및 방법 등 필요한 사항은 건강보험심사평가원장이 정함.

○ 국내·외 허가사항, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회 (전문가) 의견 등을 참조하여 ‘다발성근염 및 피부근염’에 Cyclosporine, Mycophenolate mofetil, Tacrolimus 제제의 급여기준을 확대함.
