보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 방사선학적으로 중등도 이하(Kellgren-Lawrence grade I, II, III)의 슬관절의 골관절염 환자에게 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



2. ‘마-9 관절강내 주사(Intraarticular Injection)’에 사용되는 슬관절강 내 주입용 치료재료(콘드로타이드 등)와 동일·동시 투여하지 말아야 함.

■ 고시 신설 사유

○sodium hyaluronate hydrogel cross-linked by hexamethylenediamine (as sodium hyaluronate 0.1g) 주사제 (품명: 하이알플렉스주)가 신규 등재 예정임에 따라, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회의견 등을 참조하여 급여기준을 신설
