보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 개정 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

- 아 래 -

○ 6세 이상 소아 및 성인의 계절 알레르기 비염



※ 단, 6세 이상 11세 이하 소아의 경우 동 약제의 허가사항 중 ‘용법·용량’을 반드시 참고하여 투여토록 함.

○교과서, 가이드라인, 임상연구문헌, 전문가 의견 등을 고려하여 6세 이상 11세 소아의 계절 알레르기 비염에 급여 확대
