보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용

1. 허가사항 범위 내에서 [일반원칙] 폐동맥고혈압약제 “세부사항” 및 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



- 아 래 -



가. 투여대상: 다음을 모두 만족하는 경우

1) WHO 기능분류 단계 Ⅲ 에 해당하는 폐동맥 고혈압 환자(WHO Group Ⅰ)로 진단이 확인된 환자

2) ERA계 또는 PDE5i계 약제를 급여로 단독투여하던 환자 또는 폐동맥고혈압 약물치료 경험이 없는 환자



나. 투여방법:

○ 병용요법

대상환자 및 [일반원칙] 폐동맥고혈압약제 “세부사항” 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.



2. 치료 효과에 대해 정기적인 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 허가사항 중 주의사항(약물상호작용, 부작용 등), 금기환자 등을 확인하여 투여하여야 함.

■ 고시 신설 사유

Macitentan + Tadalafil 복합경구제(품명 : 옵신비정)가 신규 등재 예정임에 따라, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회의견, 제외국 평가결과 등을 참조하여 급여기준을 신설함.
