보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



-아 래-



○ 투석을 받고 있는 만성 신질환 성인 환자의 증후성 빈혈치료

1)헤모글로불린(Hb) 10g/dL 이하 또는 헤마토크리트(Hct) 30% 이하인 경우. (단, 기존에 적혈구 생성 촉진제(erythropoiesis stimulating agents; ESA)로 치료하지 않은 환자는 Hb 10g/dL 미만 또는 Hct 30% 미만인 경우)

- 다만, 동 조건에 해당하여 약제를 투여하다 중단한 경우 Hb 10-11g/dL(또는 Hct 30-33%)의 유지를 위하여 재투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.



2) Hb 11g/dL 또는 Hct 33%까지 요양급여를 인정하며, 진료비 청구 시 매월별 혈액검사 결과치를 첨부하여야 함.



3) ESA 제제와의 병용투여는 인정하지 않음.

■ 고시 신설 사유

Vadadustat (경구제 (품명: 바다넴정 150mg 등)가 신규 등재 예정임에 따라, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회의견, 제외국 평가결과 등을 참조하여 급여기준을 신설함.
