■ 고시 개정 전체내용

1. 각 약제의 “세부사항” 범위 및 허가사항 범위 내에서 투여 시 요양급여 함을 원칙으로 함.



2. 건성안증후군에 사용하는 일회용 인공누액제는 동일 기전 내에서의 1종 만 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



※ 기전별 분류

가.눈물대치제(artificial tear substitues): Sodium hyaluronate, Carboxymethylcellulose, Polysorbate 80, Polyethyleneglycol 400 + Propyleneglycol

나. 분비촉진제(secretagogues) : Diquafosol, Rebamipide

다. 면역조절제(immunomodulators): Cyclosporine

■ 고시 개정 사유

○Polyethylene glycol 400+Propyleneglycol(품명: 시스폴점안액)이 신규등재 예정임에 따라 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회 및 전문가의견, 제외국 평가결과 등을 참조하여 급여기준에 Polyethylene glycol 400 + Propylene glycol을 동일 급여 기준으로 반영
