보험인정기준 상세내용

■ 고시 신설 전체내용



허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.



-아 래-



○ 2세 이상의 드라벳 증후군(Dravet syndrome) 환자에서 발작 치료를 위한 부가요법



1. 투여대상

3종 이상의 기존 항뇌전증약(Valproate, Clobazam 등)을 충분한 내약용량으로 투여하였으나 최초 항뇌전증약 투여시점 보다 50% 이상 발작 빈도 감소를 보이지 않은 환자



2. 투여방법

Cannabidiol과 병용투여는 인정하지 아니함.



3. 평가방법

가. 동 약제를 3개월간 사용 후 평가하여 동 약제 최초 투여시점 보다 50% 이상 경련발작(convulsive seizure) 또는 모든 종류의 발작 빈도가 감소한 경우 3개월의 추가 투여를 인정함.

나. 이후에는 3개월마다 평가하여 첫 3개월째의 평가 결과가 유지되면 지속적인 투여를 인정함.

다. 발작 빈도 및 투약 등의 확인을 위한 일지(seizure calendar)를 환자 및 보호자가 작성하고 이를 요양기관이 관리하여야 함.



※ 허가사항 중 용법·용량 및 사용상의 주의사항(경고, 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것 등)을 준수하여 투여하여야 함.

고시 제2026-176호(2026.9.1.)



■ 고시 신설 사유

○Fenfluramine hydrochloride 경구제 (품명: 핀테플라액)가 신규 등재 예정임에 따라, 교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회의견, 제외국 평가결과 등을 참고하여 급여기준을 신설함.
