 and Training Course for responding DUR,

the accomplishment in the past 10 years -

 

The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (Director Kim Sun-min) will hold a three-day "2021 International Symposium and Off" hybrid under the theme of "HIRA, the 10-year achievement of creating a drug safety management environment and international trend (DUR, the fast 10 years inclusion DUR).

 

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the operation of the DUR system, and it is designed to share the achievements and roles of DUR and ITS operations to respond to COVID-19 infectious diseases to the international community and discuss future development directions with countries interested in creating a drug safety management environment. Experts from major international organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and officials from the Ministry of Health from each country will participate in the symposium as speakers to continue presentations and discussions.

 

The main contents reflected data utilization issues across the medical system, including the operation of the DUR system in Korea, cases of drug data use in each country, and plans to use the real-time medical data exchange system.

Subsequently, in the training course, participants will have time to share their experiences and knowledge in managing health care expenditures. In particular, as part of Korea-Central Asia cooperation, Central Asian countries will also have time to announce the health care system and status of each country.

 

The event is freely available to anyone who has completed pre-registration through the official website by October 25.

Meanwhile, the event will also hold an anti-corruption campaign for college students in Wonju to expand their understanding and interest in clean public institutions while providing opportunities to enhance their understanding of global events.
